Privacy notice

The pre-registration form asks for, and we store, only the following:

• your first name and surname;
• your e-mail address;
• the country you live in;
• your choice: whether you want to take lessons or to teach;
• the lessons you select;
• if you want to take lessons, your level of study;
• the language in which you filled in the form.

When you send a note to the President, the name and message you submit are stored encrypted in our database and are first reviewed by the administrator.

A note is published on the site, together with the name you gave, only if it is approved. Notes that are not approved are not published.

If you would like a published note taken down, write to hello@azadhicab.com. Please do not include other people's personal details in your note.

To protect our forms from fake and mass submissions, we briefly use a non-reversible hash of your IP address. We do not store the IP address itself; the hash is not linked to your submission and serves only to prevent abuse.

The main purpose is to contact you when the pre-registration period closes and send instructions for the registration itself to your e-mail address.

Country, lesson choices and level are for planning the lessons: they help us see which lessons are in demand and which have educators available. We do not use your details for anything else.

Your name and e-mail address are stored encrypted in our database. Access is limited to the initiative's administrator.

To deliver e-mail and to protect our forms from bots, we may rely on technical service providers; they process data only in order to perform that task.

• We do not sell your pre-registration details or share them with anyone.
• We do not use advertising trackers.
• We do not set analytics cookies.
• Posts from X and YouTube videos open in those platforms’ own frames; they may collect data under their own rules when they load.
• We never publish learners' names, photographs or schools.

We keep your pre-registration details until the registration process is complete or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.

You have the right to see the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to ask for it to be deleted. To do so, simply write to hello@azadhicab.com.

Those under 18 take part in lessons with a parent's consent. We will ask for that consent at the registration stage, not during pre-registration.
